		<description><![CDATA[I am exactly the inverse of you.   Although I now regard the cold war as something the US brought upon itself, it is all past.  The US empire has to crumble and if it has to be taken down by war, supporting America&#039;s enemies will lessen the impact of the war and actually be better for Americans in the long run.]]></description>

It is an anomaly of Russian history, for it to not be a regional power.  The last 15 years have been unique.  With the US bogged down in the Middle East, Putin was able to move.  Years ago my position would be to support the Soviet Union.  With capitalism restored I&#039;m neutral.
